Entrance: The lights dim as Slipknot's "I Am Hated" starts and three spotlights converge on the center of the stage. Fire ignites a cross design on the sides of the stage and then rings the spot where the lights are. Inside the circle, John Champa, Davina Cameron, and Killer Instinct (Killjoy and Kaliban the Brutal) rise up through the floor. They stand looking out to the crowd with disgust. Then the fire dies down. They collectively walk to the ring with unending stares that just screams out hatred and violence for everyone in sight.
