"Ground Zero" by The Diplomats echoed in the introduction of Commissioner Devotion Profit closely followed by her bodyguard,Zero. The youngest daughter of HKWF President John Profit made it into the ring and hyped the attending crowd with cheap hometown pops. She insured that everyone was going to enjoy themselves tonight because "only GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 can bring the top notch wrestling entertainment in 2005".Devotion went on to say that she didn't want to hold up the show and was only out there in order to reprimand one of the talent.
The Commissioner wanted to let Jay Jameson know that he "was not above the law" and that she booked him for a show "...he damn well better show up regardless if it is televised or not".Not only that, she stressed that the GZW2K1's Executive Committee had "an ongoing investigation into the alleged payoff of Jameson by Edwin MacPhisto is underway".She went on to punish Jameson by making his upcoming match against Tha Dynasty member Manami "Tokyo Rose" Naruse on Crimson a handicap match against not only Tokyo Rose but her stablemate Elexia Croix-Fortune.
The crowd cheered as she left the ring.
Standing backstage with his arm resting on the wall talking to several female interns is the youngest member of Syn Zero, Kid X. Kid X seems to be hitting on the two girls as they giggle and brush there hair out of there eyes. A male intern walks up to the three of them and eases in between Kid X and the two females and begins asking questions. The two females wave and walk off as Kid X looks the male intern up and down as if he's lost his mind.
Kid X takes a step forward and pins the male intern up against the wall as the first words out of his mouth are about Victor Storm. Kid X gets in the young interns face and begins belittling him about still living in his mothers basement and being a pathetic virgin thats addicted to Skat porn. Obvoiusly scared the young intern removed the mic and tried to get away but Kid X wouldn't allow him to saying that he's already interrupted something good and for him to finish what he started.
Kid X told the intern that Victor Storm was and always will be nothing more than a stepping stone for whoever he faces. Kid X said that tonight he was use Victor Storm to rocket his career to the next level. He stated that Victor was a joke and that tonight would be a squash match like no one had ever seen.
The intern went to ask another question but Kid X just turned and walked off obviously after the two females as the scene fades.

Victor Storm ~VS~ Kid X
Vic comes out hard from the opening bell, hitting Kid X with nearly everything that he’s got from the get go, sending the smaller wrestler crashing to the mat after multiple hard maneuvers. After a little while though, Kid X regains his bearings and manages to squirm out of a “Second Sight” (Rock Bottom) and begin to mount an offense of his own, but eventually Victor regains control of the match. For the next five minutes, Victor hits move after move, attempting to put the finishing touches on his opponent, but the ever resilient Kid X somehow manages to get out of every pin fall attempt. Finally at the end, Kid X rolls up Victor Storm as he argues with the referee for a quick 3 count pin fall.
Kid X defeats Victor Storm via pin fall at 9:23

The scene switched backstage to show “The Untouchable” Kaine, who harped on about his upcoming match against Eclipse and how the so called “Bad Attitude” stood no chance against the hotshot rookie of GZW. Kaine continues to talk on about the fact that all these jobbers in the federation are holding the titles while real superstars like himself haven’t even gotten a single title shot. He goes on to issue a challenge of sorts to Kid Kaos, saying that if he really thinks that he’s so damn unbeatable, then he should step into the ring with the man who took his ass out of the Lord of the Coliseum tournament in the first round with the United States Title on the line.

Still practising his jiving, Joey Vegas asked "The God of Pain" Bane if he had any last words before going into his match with Vyle. Bane replied by saying that there was no way that he would lose to - or even draw with - the man known as Vyle. Bane then went one further and promised that if he didn't get a clean and conclusive pinfall over Vyle, he would enter himself and his "Uncle" Chris into Joey Vegas' muched hyped dance marathon... wearing ballet costumes! Bane then shooed Vegas off before making what appeared to be an important phone call.
