Rob, it's entirely up to you, so long as it has the aforementioned text on it. How you want it to look is down to your imagination and ability. It's a good idea to perhaps look at the GZW history banner page and maybe get a feel for it from past banners? There is usually a main banner and a small banner. There is also no deadline. It's more a case of the sooner it's done, it can be used as adverts in the shows in the lead up to the event and then on the show itself.
Things sometimes used are:
Crowns
Thrones
Past Lords
Past Lords in order have been: (I know you can see this elsewhere but for convenience sake)
Lord Deacon Kane (Suge Knight)
Lord John Taylor (Steve Buscemi)

Lord Leon Corbin (Travis Fimmell, though ask me about this as I do some Frankenstein shit with him lol)

Lord Kid Kaos (Vampiro though his painted face is fine you need to darken the rest of his skin)

Have fun with it and don't take it too seriously. Also if anyone else wants to try, go for it. The more the merrier for ads.
