Reece grew up in East Vancouver, surrounded by poverty and drug abuse. He came into professional wrestling after high school and has worked his way up from small independent feds to the biggest company in the industry. He has only recently started working under his own name and speaking publicly about his past.

Character Appearance:
Vitamin G is small for a Heavyweight wrestler. At thirty years old, he retains a certain youthful charm. His hair is kept quite short, and is usually very neat. At least, until his match begins. Outside the ring, he usually wears jeans or slacks with a t-shirt.
Ring Attire: Dark blue tights with white Coast Salish designs running up both legs. White or black boots, no shirt.
Character Entrance
The lights dim, and the sound of an air-raid siren roars over the loudspeaker. The siren reaches its crescendo and sustains for a second before it is cut off by a percussion clash, simultaneous with a fountain of bright blue pyro shooting up from the stage. On the next beat, the voice of Rihanna rings out.
"So live your life! Hey-ey-ey!"
"Live Your Life" by T.I. continues to play as the lights come back up and "Vitamin G" Gideon Reece emerges from backstage. He crosses from one side of the stage to the other, energetically mugging to pump up the fans. The Zerotron displays a video montage of the wrestler's most palpable hits and proudest victories.
Ring Style:
Mat Technician. Vitamin G has been called one of the greatest technical wrestlers of his time. He knows and can execute every hold, takedown and counter in the book, and has even invented a few himself. Particular favorites are snapmares, jawbreakers and neckbreakers. G uses very few fists, chops or kicks, although he will sometimes use thigh kicks or or a leg sweep to destabilize an opponent. He will use some aerial manoeuvers, but they tend to be fairly straightforward and not very flashy (e.g., missile dropkick, crossbody, and frog splash).
Primary Finisher: Breaking Point (Submission)
Description of Finishing Maneuver: Modified rear-mounted chinlock
Secondary Finisher: G-Force (Impact)
Description of Finishing Maneuver: Flying neckbreaker
Strengths: As noted above, Vitamin G is an exceptionally skilled technical and catch wrestler. He knows just about every move and is rarely caught off-guard. He can be both innovative and cunning. A veteran of Lucha Libre, he is also very good at scouting and countering aerial moves. In addition, he has a knack for keeping much larger opponents off their feet.
Weaknesses: G is in his element in a straight wrestling match, in the ring. He has a much harder time outside of the ring, and can be effectively stymied by weapons or a focused onslaught of punches and kicks. He isn't large enough or strong enough to execute many slam manoeuvers, particularly against larger opponents. Vitamin G is also not very good at playing mind games with opponents-- if anything, he tends to bring out the best in opponents, in terms of skill, creativity and showmanship.
