The Athens Banner-Herald reports that talks are ongoing about potentially filming a new Ring of Honor Icon James "Monarch" Corbin reality show around town in Athens, Georgia. This is apparently related to comments made by Icon Corbin last week that he's considering a new reality show that would be outside of a home setting. Part of the deal could also be re-branding an existing restaurant as "Monarch's."
The report of the Athens Banner-Herald reads: The persistent buzz is that Corbin is being brought in, that the restaurant name (Crabby Bill's) will be changed to Monarch's, and a reality television show will be filmed on site. Crabby Bill's CEO Matt Loder Sr. confirms that (hotelier Ben) Mallah is a friend of Corbin's and they are in business discussions."
