It's time for a new banner, I think. The lovely one Spyral made back in '07 is a little out of date.
I leave the design entirely up to you, the artist-- I dig the banners that most of the Globalstars are using, with multiple images of the wrestler in various sizes and poses, so indulge yourself. Pic base is Charlie Haas, preferably with little or no facial hair, and the main picture(s) should not have a hood (although if a hooded picture looks good in the background, I'm not going to complain). Bonus points if you can find at least one shot with a title belt. If you go with a tint instead of natural colors, dark blue would probably be best.
