With an already depleted roster, GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 has suffered yet another setback. Due to the vicious attack suffered at the hands of Clan Mayhem at the most recent Titan broadcast, current Women's Champion, Amanda Reynolds, and reigning Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion, Alex Cross, have been placed on the injured list.
As of this report the actual injuries and their severity have yet to be disclosed. No time limit has been set on how long Reynolds and Cross will be sidelined.
For the second year in a row the annual eight Globalstar tournament to crown a Lord of the Coliseum has been canceled. A press release from the GZW2K1 Command Suite was released moments ago that listed several reasons for the cancellation of the always intriguing one night tournament with the top reason being lack of interest.
It remains to be seen whether or night the LotC tournament will be permanently shelved.
