A smile is plastered across the face of the former dual champion as he stands leaned against a wall with his arms crossed in front of his bare chest. His eyes are fixed on the camera in front of him as he shakes his head slowly while unfolding his arms and allowing them to hang down at his side.
Did you enjoy the little present I gave you Leon? By the way, bravo to the good doctor on knowing what was in that little bottle I hit you with. You see Leon, if you remember my twin brother was a cop before he joined GZW or went off to join the Navy. I called him up a week or so out from our match and had him send me a little care package. Hurts like a bitch doesn't it Leon? That OC/CS pepper spray is no joke as you just found it. I suggest you blink a lot and not touch your face too much.
He pauses for a moment.
Oh who am I kidding? Rub the shit out of your face and then go take a piss for all I care. Or better yet, go take a shower and let the water hit that face of yours. I'm sure that'll make things ten times better for you.
He adjusts his stance on the wall without taking his eyes off the camera.
I'm sure you're a bit disappointed in our match aren't you. I mean weeks and weeks of back and forth between us only for it to end in just a couple of minutes. Seems like a bit of a let down doesn't it? Well I suggest you listen to me real close Leon. I didn't want to win that match tonight. I didn't come out here to Texas to beat you from pillar to post and take the gold from around your waist. I can do that any time and any place so why would I choose to do it in a place like Texas when I can do it in a much bigger forum in a much bigger way.
You see, I'm not content with just beating you in the ring Leon. I've proven in the past that I can out wrestle anyone on this roster and that includes you. Me stating I'm the best in that ring isn't a catchy slogan or some bullshit that I made up just to get a rise out of you or anyone else on the roster. I say it because it's fact. No one can best in that ring so when I beat you for that title I want it to be on my terms and mine alone.
In just a few short weeks we're going to be in your backyard, a place you like to call home. After all, your Corbin Wrestling Academy is based out of England is it not? So if I'm taking that title I'm doing so inside the O2 Arena in London England at Battlefield: London. Though why stop there? Why not kick it up a notch? We've done straight up and we've done a Crimson Chamber. Why not do something that hasn't been done since 2007 at Crimson Sunday Bloody Sunday? You and me for that World Heavyweight Title in a Highway to Hell match. Two men enter, one man leaves.
The smile that covered his face slowly fades away as his eyes narrow onto the camera.
For years you've paraded around this place like you run it, like you control it. Tonight in that ring I proved to you and the world that you don't run anything! You couldn't control that match and you couldn't control me if you tried! Like I said, I didn't want to beat you tonight I just wanted to give you a glimpse of that fact that you no longer have control of anything. You don't have control over that title, our match, or even your career anymore. I do! I am in control now. I will beat you until their is NOTHING left of you. I will crush your very spirit and leave you as nothing more than an empty shell of a once great wrestler. So what do you say Leon? Think you can take the heat?
He turns to walk away only to stop and turn back to the camera, a slight smile on his face.
One last thing, thank you for your time Leon. Oh and by the way, the beer and nuts are on me.
He winks before turning and walking away.
