When the video starts, we can see various piles of glass shards around a wall, followed a few seconds later by liquid "gluging" sounds. The camera pans over to Kolic, not drowning his sorrows as the scene would have implied, but pouring the alcohol into a large gas can before throwing the bottle in anger to shatter with the others.
Kolic: They manipulated me...ME! I really should have seen that coming, but NOOOOO, I had to be too clever and try to use the beasts to my own ends. Why couldn't I see that they weren't acidic compounds meant to break down GZW, but catalysts to re-energize their wrestlers? It seems so obvious now...
He picks up another bottle, but puts it back down and shakes his head.
Kolic: You know, I deserve this. This is exactly what I get for taking them at face value. That's why I'm not mad at you Raze. Well...okay, I sort of am. Those guys did give me some serious beatdowns before I took over the reins. Really though, I should thank you for telling us your role in bringing those greenhorns over here. Now I have critical knowledge that helps shape my plans for Heatwave. It's been so frustrating the past couple of weeks, trying to figure out a way to achieve victory but not fall into the well-worn, trite machinations of the brain using brawn to do all the work for him. And then...you come along and change the variables. Now I have a wealth of new tools and possibilities, but of course, I'm not going to spill the beans just yet. Any rookie knows you don't telegraph your moves unless you want your opponent to kick you in the face.
Does this mean my goals have changed? Nope. I will still find a way to save future stars from this company's corrupting influence. The only thing that will differ is the methods. It's not enough to use the Clan as a sledgehammer, because it lacks precision and accuracy. Not to mention how heavy they can be. No, this revelation must call for different tactics. No plan survives the battlefield, and no intelligent person holds on to the same thought when new information contradicts it. So what does this mean for you Munin? Simply put, at worst you'll be facing 4-1 odds in your match. I'd have nothing to gain from helping the Mayhemers get a cheap victory at your expense. If nothing else, it's a thank you for keeping HKWF from breaking our faces.
Kolic uncorks a bottle shaped like a Crown Royal bottle (though with no label shown, obviously) and pours it in with the rest.
Kolic: As for you, Tamer? It's simple. I want you to prove something to me at Kowloon Park. I want you to give me the fight of your career and justify all the reasons you gave for returning to GZW. You see, your words and deeds haven't matched up in that arena. Before either of us were involved with this company, you were as good a friend as anyone could have, and Kate and I made it a point to reciprocate wherever we could. That's the reason we came here; you needed help with your battles here, and I stepped up to the plate for you. Ever since then...nothing. I gave everything I could and got squat in return. Now you're back for yet another round, and *this* time it'll be different, right? I say no. This will be just like all those other brief stays where you try to make a difference and end up accomplishing nothing. This match will decide for me, once and for all, whether you even have the ability to back up your words anymore. So, win or lose, I want you to put up a fight. Give me everything you have left and prove me wrong. Or, back down yet again and give me even more evidence at what terrible things this place does to decent people. Either result gives me the knowledge to determine where I go from here. That's all I want Joshua...
He slings the bottle off-camera.
Kolic: ...one good fight.
