A Cadillac Escalade makes its way up the snow covered trail.A slight snow is falling as the night wind picks up;the type of wind which hits the human body and sends a freezing cold up and down the spine.The custom SUV makes it to the top of the hill,parking in front of a cabin.
A single light is shining in the lone window as smoke bellows from the chimney.A white rabbit bounds from behind the house to the nearby woods,looking for food or warmth.Most likely both.From the driver's side of the SUV,steps Sincere,dressed in a heavy winter coat.Forever,wearing a long fur coat,exits from the passenger side carrying plastic bags.Sincere opens the back door and yanks out a smaller White older man,who has a carrying bag that a doctor would carry if they were making a housecall.
Sincere pushes the smaller man toward the door as Forever struggles with the bags at the door.She manages to open the door and barely seen is Kandi,wearing a red jogging suit,sitting in front of a bed.The occupant of the bed is unseen as Forever comes in and Sincere pushes the older man into the cabin onto the floor.
Kandi: (looking at man)
Doctor Wayne.For your sake,I hope the degree you got from Harvard Medical pays off.Cause if my friend here doesn't make it,neither do you.
The cabin door slams shut leaving the still of the wintery mountain night.
