For Immediate Release.
From the office of Mark Dent, General Manager- Fierce, Director of New Talent, and Holder in Good Standing of GZG Voting Shares:
As the tag team division is under my direct supervision, it falls to me to address the actions of Rumiko Tamanaka, Stewart Tamanaka (The Arsenal) Jung-Lei Hiroshuma, and Thomas Casper (The Initiative).
I expected a higher caliber of decorum from all four of these contenders, and I am disappointed that they did not live up to it. In order to address this behaviour, and make clear that it is not to expectations, I announce the following:
1. All four of the above named are banned from competion at all GZG events until after May 13th, 2007, with this suspension acknowledged to be subject to extension or reinstatement of said suspension as my judgement dictates depending on good faith efforts or lack there of concerning the rest of these levies;
2. A fine equal to exactly one of Jung-Lei Hiroshuma's appearance payments, as per his contract at the time of this writing, paid in full by each of the individuals involved;
3. An amount equal to half that made collectively by each pair as a donation to PLOW's fund to pay for the medical bills of Sean Locke.
4. 200 hours as an instructor at a GZG affiliated school.
As of this time, Jung-Lei Hiroshuma and Thomas Casper will NOT be stripped of their titles. However, as stated in the legal definition of all GZW 2k1, this is by no means a final decision, and is subject to both my further judgement and that of the GZW 2k1 Championship Comity , our Commissioner, and other governing bodies.
I regret the need to take this action, but I feel driven to not only by my position, but in order to make certain that all appearance of fairness is maintained.
