As many Hellrazers' fans may already know, the trio of "The Nightmare" Danny Grunge, Omen and Scott "Flame" Thomson have been pulled from GZW match bookings due to their breach of contract suit. They were finally served their court appearance papers after their tag team championship match against Rupert Martin and Blizzard.
From what sources can gather, the case is not going in their favour. It was noted that Danny Grunge openly admitted to breaching his contract with the company RCW in one of his early GZW in- ring promos, and the footage was shown in court just yesterday.
When asked to comment on it, Danny replied "Well, what use was it hanging around when those j**k offs never booked us? You ask me, they should be charged with wasting out God d**n time" He was then warned he would be held in contempt if he didn't behave himself.
Danny, Scott and Omen each have a list of prior convictions, meaning they could be in real trouble if found guilty.
Their defense argues that since they weren't being used, and weren't being paid on some occasions when they should have been, that RCW committed the offense first. Although there was evidence to support this claim, the trial continues.
