Biography:
Joshua Louis Reed was born to a caring and loving young couple back in early 1978, his father was the chief of police while his mother stayed at home to raise her son. As an only child to the couple, Josh grew up in the quite little town of Newport relatively well adjusted. Smart, good looking and charming, Josh always seemed to be the center of attention without even trying and he graduated from high school with high hopes for his future.
Josh left his humble beginnings behind and moved to attend school at the University of Maine enrolling in the Business Administration B.S program. He quickly fitted in and began to excel just like back home. During his final year at the school Josh's work ethic began to decline after getting involved with a lady by the name of Carla Hunt. The pair were inseparable and Josh thought he had found the love of his life, until he stumbled home three hours early to find his then best friend Freddie Stern, doing the nasty with his girl. Devastated, Josh packed his bags and left Maine the very next day and did not return to finish his degree.
Josh moved to New York and somehow managed to land a job at the New York Daily news were he would proof read, write obituaries and fill in where ever the paper need him too. He got his first big break when he was filling in for the resident agony uncle and wrote a short article called “Five ways to move on (men have hard times too)”. The article got such a big response, Josh was moved up from the basement and became the co-writer of the advice column.
This was the start of something big for Josh, who just one year later published his first book, “Dream it, see it GRAB IT!” at just twenty four years of age. Self help books are big business and Josh's book did well enough for him to quit his job at the paper and write new titles full time. Despite hardly living life himself, Josh found it easy to write simple and easy steps for others to “improve” their lives. In the space of three years Josh published two more books, “99 ways to go from a door mat to a lion!” and “How to get what you want and want what you get” with the last book being a bestseller and still sitting high on the all time bestselling self help books.
Now at twenty eight years of age, Josh is looking to make his debut in the wrestling business. Rumor has it that he will be using this experience to write his fourth book and will be using it as an example that you can do anything that you set your mind too. Who knows how well he will fit in, or if he has even had anything in the way of wrestling training. Time will tell.
