Is this his second or third second violation? By my count he's had more than one suspension before now...

Super Luchas Magazine (http://superluchas.net), a usually reputable magazine from Mexico, reports that Randy Orton violated the WWE Wellness Policy after testing positive for Dianabol and marijuana.
Marijuana isn't punishable by suspension in WWE, just a $2,500 fine. The report states that Orton tested positive for marijuana, was fined and then tested again for other substances where he tested positive for use of Dianabol. Dianabol (methandrostenolone) is an orally-effective anabolic steroid. Dianabol was commonly used by bodybuilders until Congress banned it under the Controlled Substances Act.
There is no confirmation to this rumor yet so take it for what it's worth.

So who does that actually leave on Smackdown that's worth watching? Sheamus is okay but he's not a show-carrier, not by a longshot.
Anyone remember the strange old days where Smackdown was better than Raw because on SD you had the Smackdown Six having fantastic matches week in week out, and it didn't matter that the internet spoiled the results 2 days in advance because it was worth tuning in anyway... while Raw was doing storylines about Necrophilia

Former WWE Divas champion Kelly Kelly has been granted "time off" by the company, according to a number of sources within WWE. One source noted that Kelly had been on the road full time since 2006 and needed the time off to recharge her batteries. "She's been here since he was a kid, " said one WWE source. "She had been pushing for time away to spend with her family and her boyfriend. Six years for someone of her age (Note from Mike: 25) is a lifetime. She needed a break."
With that said, the word among a number of talents within the company is that they don't believe she's returning anytime soon, if at all as she has started to get her given name of Barbi Blank back out into the public eye and is currently accepting endorsements and appearances outside of WWE auspices. That information was added to her Twitter account within the last few days.
Kelly's last televised appearance for the company was the 5/21 Raw. She last wrestled on 5/26 during the Ecuador tour.

This was posted on Silver Vision's official Facebook page:
"I am thrilled to say that the production issues have been resolved and pre-orders will be returning to the website shortly, starting with WrestleMania 28 later today. More will be added over the coming days as we get them scheduled. We’d like to thank you all for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks – once again you’d proved that we have the best customers in the world."
Good news for UK fans wondering where they'd be able to get their hands on any WWE release since Elimination Chamber.

TMZ is reporting that John "JBL" Layfield will be attempting to climb the highest mountain peak on each of the seven continents as a way to raise money for a charity called Family Center. The group raises money for needy kids in Bermuda, where Layfield now lives. Layfield had planned to pay for the trips himself but WWE has pledged $250,000 towards his cause and will help publicize it.

Former WWE Star Carlito appeared this week on MLW's Konnan Show. Carlito talked for the first time about an after hours fight that took place with John Cena.
"I actually had a fight with [John] Cena. I forget where it was, but we got into a fight. A drunken fist fight. He told me I wasn't applying myself. He said I should be at a higher level. I didn't punch him because I'm not going to punch the face of the company. It was more like a drunken fight. I don't think we were out to hurt each other. I was just defending myself, but Cena, he's strong as hell."
"He jumped at me first. They ended up separating us about three times. I felt like he and I had always been close. I think he just wanted to see me do better. Cena is one of those guys that's a top guy, but he wants to see other guys. He doesn't try to hold guys down, he wants to see them come up."

Speaking of Dean Ambrose, his online feud with Mick Foley has died down once again. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are influential people in WWE that are against continuing the angle and using Mick Foley to introduce Ambrose to the main roster.

Brock Lesnar is said to have a lot of heat on him from his UFC appearance, which is why WWE hasn't mentioned him on television or have used any clips featuring him as of late.
As noted last week, not only was Vince McMahon not behind the UFC appearance, but he also was not aware of situation until it had happened.
Those close to the situation say that Lesnar vs. Triple is still in the books as the main event for SummerSlam and because it's Triple H's angle, even with this heat, that match is almost surely going to happen.

WWE Tag Team Champion R-Truth is absent from this week's four-event Raw brand tour of Spain due to a broken foot. His immediate future remains unknown at this point.
Zack Ryder has filled in as Kofi Kingston's tag team partner.

--WWE has purchased the old Mid South Wrestling tape collection from the family of Ene Watts, who acquired the collection as part of her divorce settlement from Cowboy Bill Watts. There had been negotiations going on for years. I'm guessing the timing has to do with the WWE network starting and wanting programming that hasn't been seen on the air in 25 years. Whatever money they would have gotten from DVD sales would have already been just about finished by this point.

Alberto Del Rio, who is still recovering from surgery following a groin tear last year, is believed to have suffered a concussion during last Tuesday's SmackDown taping in Columbia, South Carolina. Therefore, he may be unable to compete against Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Championship at No Way Out on June 17. WWE officials brainstormed alternative scenarios Friday in case Del Rio is unable to wrestle at the pay-per-view event.
Looking to get under the skin of the World Heavyweight Champion, Del Rio brought out Ricardo Rodriguez to make light of the Irish brawler by mimicking his distinctive red hair, outfit and gestures. The real Sheamus then appeared, where the fight would eventually spread to the steel stage. The Celtic Warrior slammed Del Rio's head against the metal WWE logo, leading to his possible concussion.
Del Rio did not appear as scheduled for tonight's SmackDown live event in Salisbury, Maryland. Rather, Sheamus defended his strap against the winner of a match pitting Kane against The Great Khali.

Following reports that Kelly Kelly was accepting endorsements and appearance requests during her hiatus from the WWE ring, organization officials offered the Raw Diva a new contract with a pay raise. They don't want her to leave WWE since she's considered their most marketable female performer.
Meanwhile, a number of talents are reportedly feeling exhausted from the company's current travel schedule, which requires most to attend every television taping. Some feel Nikki and Brie Bella may have started a trend with the female performers to take away from WWE rather than continuing working on a never-ending basis. The twin duo, as well as Lilian Garcia, have cited exhaustion from WWE's grueling travel schedule as their reason for leaving the sports entertainment organization.
"It was crazy, Brie and I-when our contracts were coming to an end, we kind of both looked at each other one day and were like, "I'm exhausted." And she was like, "I'm exhausted." We were like, "Let's take a break," Nikki Bella stated last month to Diva-Dirt.com. "I don't know if that's the twin connection, or the twin bond, that we both kind of felt it but we just looked at each other one day and we were just tired. We were really tired and sore. We were like, okay, let's do this. It was scary."
Garcia explained on her official website in 2010, "Leaving the WWE was one of the hardest decisions I had to make because I was very close to everyone there and loved my job, but after 10-plus years of being on the road it was time to take a break."

UFC President Dana White spoke with MMAJunkie.com about the recent meeting he had with WWE Superstar and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar after UFC 146.
"The meeting did not go well. Probably the worst meeting we've ever had with Brock Lesnar, and I haven't talked to him since. It's one of those things (where) it's not worth getting into it publicly," Dana told MMAJunkie.com. "It's not worth getting into the B.S. over it."
Dana shot down a rumor that the meeting was just a ploy to bring more interest to Lesnar's WWE storyline. He also said he didn't know if the door for Lesnar to return to UFC was closed for good. Dana also revealed a text message from Lesnar before they met:
"He texted me and said, 'I want to come to the fight, but keep it quiet because I don't want to tell anybody,'" White said. "He said, 'What are you doing tonight? ... I want to talk face to face.'"

#10: Booker T #9: Kurt Angle #8: Chris Jericho #7: Batista #6: Randy Orton #5: CM Punk #4: The Undertaker #3: Edge #2: Triple H #1: John Cena
- Jerry Lawler said during a Q&A session on Sunday that Vince McMahon was upset over WWE’s Top 50 Superstars of All-Time DVD because he didn’t want to rank stars 1-50 so he could avoid upsetting people. Lawler (and Jim Ross) noted that the list is subjective and impossible to rank without established criteria.

Didn't The Rock and Austin both hold world titles at some point in the 21st century? Surprised they're nowhere on the list.

I'm not sure the WWE championship was ever refereed to as the World Heavyweight Championshp, I thought it was always the called the World Wrestling Federation Championship or the WWE Championship, which would explain why Austin and Rock are not on this list, because after the titles were un-unified they were gone.

I thought "World Champions" was just a collective term for anyone who held the top belt. There's no mention of "Heavyweight" that I can see...
